Oumier Bulk RTA je výsledkem spolupráce společnosti Oumier a recenzenta YouTube Vape - VapnFagan. Vypadá jako bestie s průměrem 28 mm, maximální kapacita je 6,5 ml, ale ta bude snížena, aby vyhovovala předpisům TPD v EU. Palubní deska je v konfiguraci se dvěma spirálkami a konstrukcí postless. Průtok vzduchu můžete nastavit pomocí spodního regulačního kroužku, který přivádí vzduch na spodní stranu spirálek.
